Description :
Built in the mid 19th century on the seashore, the Casino de Cherbourg returned to to the city center after its destruction during the WWII. Located opposite the fishing port, it was totally renovated in the year 2000.
It has slot machines, video poker and a Boule. During the day, enjoy the ambiance in the bar reminiscent of the halcyon years when luxury transatlantic liners put in at port in Cherbourg.
Opposite the Place du Général de Gaulle, the Casino's restaurant, the Fifty's Diner, is open to casino clients and non-clients alike. Its new deor provides the perfect setting for the specialities served all year round.
